Life Coaching for people with self-confidence or self-esteem issues is extremely helpful in addressing this following question. Women tend to be plagued mostly from trust, abandonment and lack of feelings of being worthy problems. Relationship Advice for Women is one solution to solve this problem in relationship coaching. Anita asks: “Are some of us just meant to be lonely forever”? Anita, since you responded to the survey about love and the Law of Attraction, I’m going to assume you have been considering finding a relationship for yourself. There are many who decide to keep out of serious relationships. And that is not necessarily the situation for a person who has stopped after they have continuously failed in the past. Not a thing is wrong with preferring to be without a serious relationship. Life can be fulfilling and fantastic with any choice you end up with.

As long as you realize you’re deciding that rather than throwing up your hands out of frustration that you haven’t created the love of your dreams. You can acquire everything in a relationship and in your life.

If you could see yourself from the perspective of Source or your Inner Being, or Higher Self, you’d see a wonderful, fantastic, illuminated, connected consciousness. Then life begins to happen around us. Our oblivious parents, teachers, and elders, in an attempt to teach us, tell us from day one what to watch out for, warn us, caution us, and attempt to shelter us, effectively having us adhere to their fears and projections of insecurity rather than listening to our own guidance systems. OK, I’ll grant you as brand new creatures we do need protection. Fine. But soon following they understand to do things by themselves, self-actualization needs to be part of the training for the little children.

Well-intentioned parents want to do the best thing so they guide, hold back, admonish, and scare young ones to make them behave. This only creates a level of insecurity and inability. The feeling of not-enoughness gets engraved at an early age.

Neurological research now tells us that until the age of 7, we are so open and receptive, we have no filtering abilities at all. We walk around in a kind of hypnagogic trance and become amazed with whatever happens to enter our life experience. It’s not a wonder we have deeply ingrained, although misplaced, thoughts about an imperfect nature. By the time we’re 6 years old, we’ve heard the word “NO” approximately 60,000 times. Look out for that, that could hurt you, be careful, do not drop that. The subliminal message says you’re unworthy, you can’t believe in you, you do not know what you are doing, and so on.

Our parents and elders were indeed well-meaning. They only wanted our well-being. But you can see how simply we have been taught away from our innate greatness and brilliance.

I recommend that you go easy with yourself and let yourself have a chance. Firstly, it’s not your fault. It’s not even the fault of your elders. They were taught the same way too. You can end this prevalence of low self-esteem on yourself and everyone you know. You deserve to have anything your heart desires.

Do your very best to lavish yourself love and self-acceptance. Adhere to yourself as you would a beloved child. Forgive her for her shortcomings. The truth is, the Universe appreciates, Spirit adores you, and your Inner Being loves you. Why? Because you ARE perfect. And that IS the reality!
