along with Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota at 4 each; former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman at 2; plus former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania at 1.

“Herman Cain’s rise has been meteoric. He has increased his share of the vote among Ohio Republicans four times since Quinnipiac University’s Sept. 28
