Have you got the suspicions that your wife is cheating? If so, you will need a bit more to go on than just suspicions.

The first step will be to ask yourself why these signs of a cheating wife are appearing in your mind. Although most of the time when someone has these suspicions they are proved right, there is however the odd occastion where is could be wrong.

Intuition is a trait that we all have, but many of us don’t pay a great deal of attention to it. We do need to be aware of this because it can be effective. You may not be awrea of this but verbal messages account for under 10% of the information that our brains recieve.

We pick up a lot of information that we are not consciously aware of, but that doesn’t mean that the information is wrong. We sometimes get a gut feeling that something is awry, this is intuition.

Your suspicions will mainly be based on changes in your wife’s behaviour, which can be verbal or physical. Even though you are seeing changes in your wife’s behaviour don’t accuse her until you have concrete evidence.

Without evidence, everything is just hearsay. Make sure you keep your doubts to yourself at this moment in time, don’t let your wife suspect you are onto her. If you let her know that you are onto her, she will only cool things off for a short time. You don’t want to be alerting her that you suspect her, you want to be getting more evidence.

By doing it this way you will be able to gather vital information to back up your doubts. Gather enough evidence so your wife cannot talk her way out of it.

Once you know for certain that your wife is cheating, you will then need to make a decision as to what you are going to do. You will find this really difficult to deal with. Who’s to say your wife is to blame, could it be that you have some how forced her into seeking love from someone else.

Once you have done that you can then decide what you want to do about the relationship. You will need to decide whether there is any chance of the marriage moving forward, or if it is over.

The flip side of the coin is that your wife may not be having an affair. Consider the fact that you may have the wrong end of the stick. For this reason alone, you should not rush into accusing her immediately. You need to be totally sure that your wife is cheating on you before you take any action.
