Are you starting to doubt the loyalty of your significant other? Do you have a gut feeling that they are being anything less than loyal? The feeling sucks, no matter who you are or what the circumstance. That’s why I am here to give you some of my best tips and tricks to discover if your spouse or significant other is cheating on you. Never accuse your lover of cheating unless you are 100% sure. It can be a very nasty thing you want to avoid in the chance that they are being loyal.

The very first thing you can do is peek at their cell phones, check their messages, etc. Additionally, start paying attention to how they take their calls. Are they suddenly taking in code around you when on the phone? If they act weird when you call them and they only give you answers likes “yes” or “uh huH”? Another thing you can do is check their phone for text messages. They are probably hiding something from you if they clear their texts often. Always check twice. If you see messages are being deleted, give it a week to see if it stops, it could very well be an innocent thing.

The second thing you can do to catch a cheating spouse is to check for any foreign scents. If they come home smelling especially well after a long day at the office, typically this is a sign that they are trying to smell good for someone else other than you.

Lastly, you can start looking at their internet history. A lot of times, people will go to dating online because they think they won’t get caught as easily. You can also check their history to see if they are looking up things they shouldn’t be looking up.
