Holly would have turned 75 this year, and we all realize what a great musician he was. Obviously, the younger generations might not remember him, and though he lives by way of his music it is hardly ever heard playing anymore. He got one of the greatest presents for his 75th birthday this year though, as we recall him, we wished to do a little bit more than just provide him a minute of silence. A star within the Hollywood Walk of Fame was added just for him. It may not have his feet or hand prints, however it definitely really worth the look because it is brand new and his name is right on the star. We hope this may grab his interest wherever he is.

 

His widow, Maria Elena Holly was observed making one of many rarest public appearances available for this occasion, and most likely this event only.
