Shorts

Naturally, you already own shorts, but you’ll want MMA precise shorts. These shorts will cost you a little more than other shorts but they will also be more comfortable. You could have a greater range of motion in MMA shorts.

Rashguard

Coaching involves close contact and wrestling with opponents. You’ll both be sweaty. This situation will leave you feeling truly gross and uncomfortable in a regular T-shirt. Avoid discomfort. Buy a rashguard. Rashguards fit comfortably, direct sweat away, and stretch to allow a complete range of motion.
